When data is collected
EXOR collects your personal data when you use or interact with the Services. It can be collected when you provide it and when EXOR automatically or manually retrieves it. For example, personal data is collected when you (a) create an account, (b) create user generated content, (c) sign up for a newsletter, (d) contact EXOR customer service, (e) share or otherwise participate on EXOR’s social media platforms, and (f) download a patch or a demo.

What data is collected
EXOR may collect a wide array of data that you provide, such as (a) profile information (usernames, social media links, etc.), (b) minimum contact information including e-mail address, and (c) additional data that you provide via the Services or that you chose to provide EXOR with.

Exclusively in the case of media and influencer partners, EXOR may collect data manually, such as (a) publicly available contact information (including name, e-mail address, and social media profiles), and (b) publicly available information about their associated websites and channels (including follower counts and published articles).
EXOR also collects data from third parties, such as (a) data received by EXOR if you link a third party tool with the Service (including social media, Steam and Google), (b) social media analytics data, (c) data for the purpose of security, (d) data from platforms games or Services run on.
EXOR also collects metrics and telemetry data regarding your use of our Services, including how long and how often you play any game.
Why data collected
EXOR collects data in order to provide and operate the Services, such as to (a) create accounts and allow players to use the Services, (b) confirm ownership and account entitlements, (c) inform customers of information related to the Services, (d) provide support for the Services, (e) manage our relationship with you, (f) understand how the Service users, as a whole, interact and use the Services, (g) security and safety (including to prevent malicious users, moderate player discussions and foster a safe and friendly environment for users), (h) historical data and player behavior (i)troubleshoot and debug problems related to the Services.
We also use all this information to help us troubleshoot problems with the Service, to provide player rewards, and to improve the Service and your gaming experience.
Who can see the data / who is it shared with
Other than EXOR and its employees and its affiliated companies, the data collected by EXOR can be seen by (a) other players and users of the Services (in this case, limited data, such as profile data and in-game activities), (b) partners working with EXOR or providing services to EXOR (in this case, only to perform the services or work) and (c) other companies and public authorities, (in this case, exclusively in order to combat fraud and illegal activity and to respond to lawful requests or court orders).
EXOR may also share aggregate or de-identified information with third parties for research, marketing, analytics and other purposes, provided such information does not identify a person.
The Services are global by nature and your data can be transferred to anywhere in the world.
Rights and options
You can access the personal data we hold about you, by providing a written request to the contact information below. Upon receipt of your request, EXOR will provide you with the data in an electronic format.
You can correct your data or have it deleted. You can also make requests as to how we use or share your data. Such requests, including to correct or delete data, must be submitted to support@exorstudios.com. EXOR will respond to all requests within 30 days.
You can opt-out of receiving promotional communications, such as marketing e-mails. Please follow instructions in such communications to this end.
Cookies and technology
Like most online services, we and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to provide the Services, analyse use, target advertisements and prevent fraud. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Services may then not function properly.
Data protection and retention
EXOR takes appropriate measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or use.
EXOR retains your data as long as needed to provide the Services. In the event that you ask us to remove or delete your personal data, we will retain the data as necessary for EXOR’s legitimate business interests, such as to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Age limits
EXOR does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about or direct advertising to anyone under the age of 13, or knowingly allow such persons to use our Services. If you are under 13, please do not send any data about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal data. If we learn that we have collected personal data about a person under age 13, we will delete that data as quickly as possible.
